Brakefield offers a unique feel and can accommodate many different wedding styles for our clients from natural rustic to traditional wedding celebration to a fully glamorous, formal event.
There is no need to find a quiet corner to hang out in until time for the ceremony. We offer beautiful suites for both Bride (Dual Suites) and Groom (The Carriage House) to prepare for their special moment as well as a green room for hired vendors.
Our ceremony folding chairs are black heavy duty resin with a black padded seat so they compliment the outdoor setting and go with any design colors or aesthetic you choose. Likewise, our Grand Hall seating is the desirable chivari chair with an ivory cushion and feature a rich dark fruit wood color. Quality wood tables and all tables/seating are included in your rental.

Our staff will set up the tables and chairs to your specifications and be ready when you hit the door with your linens and decor. We will also breakdown the tables and chairs after your event. We have decorated the space to be classy and elegant, leaving less for you to do and stress over. We are not a complete blank slate and very little enhancement is needed.
Our Grand Hall also features a beautiful massive stone fireplace.
Our venue was designed with an average size wedding in mind. We can accommodate small weddings with only a few dozen in attendance up to 180 seated in the Grand Hall (depending on set-up, more or less). The patio can accommodate additional seated guests up to 60, but typically serves as the area for cocktail hour. The venue provides exclusive bar services..
Choice is the name of the game here. You are free to select your own licensed and insured caterer, as well as all other vendors with the exception of bar services. We focus on the foundation for your event and maintain the venue and grounds so that when your day arrives, it is as lovely as when you first reserved your wedding date.
There are endless photographic opportunities in and around the venue to memorialize your special day. The only limit is your photographer's imagination!
